Conversion of Trading View indicator to MQL Indicator needed

I need someone to convert Trading View "Central Pivot Range - Daily and Weekly" by anaryan indicator to MQL5 indicator. Pine Script code is available on Trading View platform.

Minimum Requirements:

1. MQL5 Source code need to be delivered.
2. Pivots calculation options should be either one of Daily, Weekly or Monthly, three periods only and should be visible on all standard time frames of MQL Charts.
3. The returned pivots must match with results shown on Trading View Platform for any given symbol(s). A check on randomly selected at least 10 symbols will be performed on delivery of first trial version.
4. For testing purpose you can use US30 Symbol.
