Modification of EA (closing all trades)

I am looking for someone to modify this ea:

it works in this way: i set the date 2023-07-05, and time: 21:28:50

and when this time is reached, this ea closes all trades in the account, and keeps working and closing the trades, that are opened latter. To stop this ea from working, you need to disable it and set it for tomorrow to work.

What I need this EA to do is to close all trades every day at a specific time. e.g. 21:28:50

every day from now to indefinitely until i disable algo trading. 

So i do not need the date. 

And when it closes all the trades, it should stop working. And wait for tomorrow and close the trades tomorrow and every day forward. 

I do not know how to check if all the trades are closed, so maybe we can do:

1. check somehow that all the trades are closed, and if not, repeat the closing till it closes (maybe it does this already). 

2. Set 1 minute for closing all trades. 

So maybe set 2 times: 

Start closing: 21:28:50

End closing: 21:29:59

and during this period it would work the way it works - it closes all the trades during this time when they open, but after the second time it stops working and waits for tomorrow these set times. 

I would like maybe this functionality nr. 2
