Use a Web Request to verify information from a Google Sheet

Hello, I need a boolean function in MQL4 that verifies information in a Google sheet.

The function should use a web request to:

- Check if the MetaTrader account number is on the sheet.

- Check if today's date is less than the expiration date listed in the sheet.

If either condition is false, return false.
