MetaTrader 4 Candle breakout counter Indicator

I am looking for MetaTrader 4 coder
To create a MetaTrader 4 indicator and if indicator will works good, we will create EA of it in the next Mql5.com order(project)

Couse of that please be pro at indicator and also EA

The main idea of indicator is;

At the TOP's
At the candle close, it will look at the left candles
and it will count if it break and close of the previous candles
For example this candle close below 4 of this candle
and this 4 candle was not breakout before



Note That Candle(B) break 4 previous candle but I dont count Candle(X) 
Because Candle(X) is break buy Candle(A) before





and at the BOTOM's it will look again breakout of the Highs.



The black long candle break out 5 previous candle high
but not the candle(X) 
because candle(X) is breakout with the next candlde that coming after Candle(x)


at the inputs
1) There will be Multilanguage (English and Turkish)
Multilanguage is just for alerts text

2) We will give number for count for example 5
if any candle at top or bottom break 5 and more previous candle it will give alert

3) it will put BUY or SELL emoji on the Chart, like this;
