Script required to generate a an average breakeven line and to close outstanding trades

A script is required.

It has to be a script as I am also running an EA with no source file so no edit is possible.

The script will need to have the following actions when placed on a chart.

Script when placed on current chart will move ALL stop losses to create ONLY one average stop loss (Break even) value which will be the average of all stop losses.

So basically if I have 3 trades open and 1 is in large profit and the other 2 trades are in loss then the Script will adjust to an average SL level to ensure we have a controlled outcome and then it will close ALL trades at a controlled loss or breakeven.

A simple dollar averaging or basket action basically.

Is this possible with a script.?

Then when we want the same action next time we just drop the script back onto another current chart.

I need a definate time scale and cost quote before proceeding.
