SIMPLE DASH BOARD 3-bar pattern

I want a simple dashboard that shows Buy or Sell on selected Timeframe using the conditions below

I have an indicator that paints 3-bar swing on trading view, I will provide the source code from trading view

All I need from you is to use the same code to  design a dashboard on MT4 that meets the following condition below

 For Buy

The system identifies a swing low using the indicator logic from tradingview

Once a swing low has been identified forming a 3-candle pattern with candle 2 being the candle with the lowest low and candle 1 and candle 3 with higher low. As shown below

For buy signal on dashboard, wait for candle 4 or  candle 5 to break and close above candle 3. Then dashboard should paint Buy as soon as candle 4 closes above candle 3

For Sell

The system identifies a swing high using the indicator logic from tradingview

Once a swing high has been identified forming a three candle pattern with candle 2 being the candle with the highest high with a lower high on candle 1 and candle 3.

For Sell signal on dashboard, wait for candle 4 or 5 to break and close below candle 3. Then dashboard should paint Sell as soon as candle 4 0r 5 closes below candle 3. In this case candle 5 met the condition.

  Note this stops at candle 5.

1.       Dashboard should consider only recent setups/signal

2.       The dashboard should enable me to select pairs to watch and the timeframe to watch
