Simulator Trading prototype

I am trying to set up a simple trading game based on a fantasy currency pair USD/JXS.

I wish for 10-12 friends to be able to play online  and have rented some server space from GoDaddy.I need some

help with setting that so players can access game remotely. and configuring   

I have set up with some google spreadsheets with predetermined price action according to net volume bought

and sold   and  have a set up for volumes to be traded when certain news releases occur eg NFP.

I have a template for a UI  and ideally wish to set it up as a functioning game. 

Additionally...I d like to set up game so players will receive rfq from virtual customers that have to be

dealt with and hedged.  

Will definitely need a script for fills  and a script to have filled offers to flip to a bid  so there is always a tight price.
