RSI Indicator Cross Level x on 2 timeframes at the same time - with alert

Hello,

i need an simple RSI Indicator where i can set the standard RSI things (Period/Close,Open....)

I would like to have the option to set an "alert level" when i get an alert when RSI crosses Level 50 or any else level(variable set) on 2 Timeframes "simultaneously". Or with a difference of 30minutes.

Example.

M5 Chart > RSI is crossing Level X (50) from above or below > Trigger 1 (Save this trigger for a maximum of Y(variable) minutes)

M15 Chart > If RSI is crossing same Level X (50) from above or below - within the timeframe of Trigger 1 (30Min) > ALERT me. 

But alert has to only come when both conditions met, not only 1. 

I have to set the crossing level variably, also the time variable how long the first Trigger is to be saved should be variable.

Variables:

RSI: Period

RSI: Close, Open, High, Low, Typical, Weighted, Median

Variables:

Timeframe 1: current,M1,M2,M3,M5,M10;M15;M30;H1;H2;H3;H4;Daily;Weekly;Monthly

Timeframe to save alert conditions: 1-60minutes

Timeframe2: M1,M2,M3,M5,M10;M15;M30;H1;H2;H3;H4;Daily;Weekly;Monthly 

RSI Level to alert when Timeframe1 and Timeframe2 crosses/touches in between the given timeframe for alert conditions: 0-100

Alert options: OnScreen MT5; Mail

Alert when Timeframe 1 and Timeframe 2 met conditions in the given timeframe
