Add sound alert and push notifications to an indicator.

Help needed to add an alert push notification to an indicator with conditions. If you look at the screenshot attached, you'll see a the areas where the special stochastic turns yellow before turning orange or green. I want an alert to pop up with phone notification when the indicator turns yellow in the over-bought or over-sold region. 1) Push notification 2) Must be over-bought or sold (I would prefer to have control over the over bought or sold parameters. 3) I would like an Mt4 and MT5 version of the completed indicator.
