Dashboad for two indicators and more

i would like to create dashboard with  6 indicator for each TF

each indicator have about 3 to 6 value to report in the dashboard  and 2 color - 1 color for back cell and 1 writing color - and this for  each time frame 

I need to have possibility to set alarm with a window that can be opened at each TF to define an alarm according to modifiable parameters

and a button by TF to open the graph according to the chosen template

in the step 1 ( this job is the step 1)

I would like to do only indicator for all TF and possibility to add new line for adding another indicator

step 1 = ichimoku

so we do all function with this indicator in the step1

for this all the functions must be provided and work in step 1

for this I am looking for a coder with a good experience in dashboard with the examples of the dashboards he has made
