Convert Custom MT4 Indicator to MT4 EA

I have a custom indicator base on RSI and few tweaks I made using chatGPT.

The basic strategy is:
When RSI signal line equal or more/less than a certain level, look for confirmation by using MA fast and slow crossover. If both condition meet, take the trade.

Specific example of the strategy for BUY:
1)Wait for RSI signal line equal/less than 20. (First rule)
2)On main chart. Wait for MA fast crossing MA slow at closed price. (Second rule)
3)Then, add pending/open BUY order at 61.8% Fibo level from HIGH of candle that complete second rule to recent LOW made by first rule. (Third rule)
Example:
4)Stop loss below the LOW or fixed pips.
5)Target at 4.236 Fibonacci expansion level base on 3rd rule or fixed pips.

Additional rules to trade that I can enable or disable to include before putting pending order:
Divergence. Using the custom RSI indicator.


I have EA source code for position management just include the codes or part of it. 
Position Management:
1)BreakEven at fixed pips
2)Partial Close when reach fixed pips

I don't have the MA included in my custom indicator so you need to add MA
And pls I need the source code for learning purpose.
