Can someone write me an alert i can use with the following criteria;

Using a 5min bar chart with a 5period moving average of the highs and a 5 period moving average of the lows.I would like an alert to be given(option of repeated sound and email) when 1; a bar closes above a price i can type in and change and where the low of that bar reaches a price i can also type in and change AND it also closes above the current high period moving average level.

A seperate alert  2;a bar closes beneath a price i can type in and change and where the high of that bar reaches a price i can also type in and change AND it also closes beneath the current low period moving average level
