Code to lock MT4 and MT5 EA to specific symbol, specific server and add date expiry

I am looking for MQL4 and MQL5 code to lock my EA to a specific symbol (e.g. GBP/JPY) and specific trading server, along with code to add a data that the EA will expire/stop working.

General Note

- Must be easy to add to MQL4/MQL5 EA with instructions

- MUST be secure so that users cannot bypass the locks

Part 1 - Lock to Symbol

- Must be easy to adjust in the code

- Must work for other variations some brokers might use (e.g. GBPJPY should work for brokers that label it as GBPJPY or .GBPJPY as some brokers add a fullstop around the symbol)

- Must show a notification in MT4/MT5 if user tries to add EA to a symbol not specified by the EA

- Must automatically remove the EA if the user tries to use it on a symbol not specified by the EA

Part 2 - Lock to Server

- Must be easy to adjust in the code

- Must be able to disable this easily (by not including a server in the code for example. so I don't have to use the server lock)

- Must show a notification in MT4/MT5 if user tries to add EA to a symbol where the server is not the specified server

Part 3 - Date Expiry

- Must be able to adjust in the code

- Must show a notification in MT4/MT5 if the user tries to use the EA past the specified date

- Must automatically remove the EA if the user tries to use it past the expiry date (e.g if user has it on a chart on December 1st but the expiry is December 2nd, when it hits December 2nd the EA should automatically remove itself and prevent re-adding to any chart)
