Prospective EA will open a single long or short position at a time based on the keltner channel crossing the bollinger band.
EA will close positions when either:
conditions are met for opening a new position in the opposite direction with additional indication of correlating price movement through candle direction
or when an ATR based trailing stop is met.
EA will allow for the bollinger band, keltner channel, lot size, currency pair, and ATR parameters to be adjustable before EA is started and any time EA is restarted.
Error handling must be implemented.
Any insight from dev would be greatly appreciated and considered.
This portion of the EA has already been developed using prorealtime and if dev has prior experience with PRT could be converted instead. Code can be provided for further clarity.
Optional/negotiable: EA will not open any additional positions if 3 consecutive losing positions are met, long and/or short.
Optional/negotiable: Email is sent when EA stops running due to losses or otherwise.
Optional/negotiable: EA will only open positions if RSI also meets additional criteria.
Optional/negotiable: EA will only open positions if 3 of 4 of the keltner and bollinger are directionally correlated with the direction of the trade.
