Convert ADX and DI indicator from Tradingview (Pine) to mql4

Hello, 

I need Tradingview's ADX and DI indicator, written by author BeikabuOyaji, converted to MQL4 language, delivered in MQ4 and EX4 formats.

There is a difference between the results calculated by this indicator and the one available in MT4. Hence the need for conversion.

I'm attaching screenshots to demonstrate the difference between the two. The examples use GPBUSD, in the 5 minutes timeframe.
