Convert existing open source Tradingview indicator to MQ4

Hello,

I am looking for a skilled coder who can convert an existing Tradingview indicator to MQL4 language:

- Final indicator must have 2 buffer (Buy/Sell) and place Up/Down arrow on chart

- Indicator is based on RSI swing points

- Indicator will have 3 inputs: 
1) RSI OB/OS-Level
2) Period
3) Price type

- Indicator logic must be identical to Tradeview source code

- MQL file will be delivered by freelancer
