Looking for programmer who can convert tradingview to mq4 indicators

Hello!
I need tradingview indicators (2) to be converted into mq4 indicator.
1)Up/Down Vol - this indicator show volume size and if there is more buyers or sellers. This also should be arrow and alert when there is red volume with green candle and green volume with red candle. Yes, opposite volume signals. If it is not too hard maybe you can put minimum volume also (if volume is low then no signal)

Here is example of buy signal - green candle with red volume.
Here is example of sell signal first (red candle with green volume) and after that buy signal (green candle with red volume)

2)Higher high lower low strategy - here indicator read highs and lows and if stucture is broken then change candle color. Instead of candle color I would like to get backround color or something else, because I need to see candle color also.

I attach both tradingview codes also here. I wish that this would be quick job and maybe even finished inside this day, so I can backtest it on live market.
