Oscilator HTF confirmation + execution on low timeframe

Hi, I have this oscillator where I want it to filter on HTF, if it's a signal, then we move to lower Timeframe on the same indicator and execute the order. 

I need the EA on MT5 so I can backtest the strategy. 

I'll provide which oscilator it is. 

But basically it's simple, if we reach the extrems of that indicator, then it's a signal and we move to lower TF.
