I need a developer that can convert my Buy and Sell indicator into a trading robot. Requirement Specification

1. price and signal arrow must appear above or below the EMA 200

2. There should be a pop up alert for a valid entry, appearance of signal Arrow without the Pop Up Alert is Void.

The idea of the trading system is to convert an indicator into an expert adviser.
