Trade & Price Monitor Developed

I’m looking to have developed small price and trade monitoring EA for MetaTrader 4 build 646. This EA needs to perform the following:

Price feed monitoring – aim to detect and alert if data feed is down

• -          checks price quotes for AUDUSD EURUSD USDJPY EURJPY GBPUSD USDCHF pairs at set regular intervals (example every minute) to detect if pricing is not updating (check to see that the bid/offer has moved since last check)
• -          if there is no new prices for example 3 consecutive intervals, send email and if possible SMS to a group of emails and/or SMS numbers

Trade feed monitoring – aim to detect and alert if trading is down

• -          place a small 1k (0.01 lot) trade (open at market then close at market a few seconds later) for one of a few selected CCY pairs (randomly selected – example randomly choose from AUDUSD EURUSD USDJPY EURJPY GBPUSD USDCHF) on a live trading account every 5-30 minutes at set timing (example 5 seconds after the minute)
• -          if there are any issues with the trade been unsuccessful, send email and if possible SMS to a group of emails or SMS numbers

Order feed monitoring – aim to detect and alert if orders aren’t been accepted

• -          place a small 1k (0.01 lot) order (buy limit order below the market so it shouldn’t get filled then cancel a few seconds later) for one of a few selected CCY pairs (randomly selected – example randomly choose from AUDUSD EURUSD USDJPY EURJPY GBPUSD USDCHF) on a live trading account at set regular intervals (example every minute) at set timing (example 30 seconds after the minute)
• -          if there are any issues with the trade been unsuccessful for two consecutive attempts, send email and if possible SMS to a group of emails or SMS numbers

Optional

• -          logs the slippage and/or the time to execute

Other functions required

• -          ability to set hours and days for price and trade monitoring (example start Sunday evening 5pm and close Friday Afternoon 5pm)
• -          logs all activity and errors (csv preferable)
• -          we have twilio.com account (SMS gateway) for the SMS if it’s possible to make use of that

There well could be a product the same or similar available that I haven’t found.
