Need Scripts

Hi guys

I need help to develop the following scripts:

1a -  Place pending order to - Buy @ Ask + N pips > High of Candle X; set stop loss at Low of Candle X  

2a -  Place Pending order based on TIME - Buy  @ N pips > current Ask; SET to OPEN position on preset time. Stop loss @ N pips < Bid price. SET to CLOSE position on preset time. Cancel orders if preset price to BUY not reached within specified time.
