Simple script which amends the stop loss of each open trade to a predefined amount

I need a simple script which amends the stop loss of each open trade to a predefined amount. 

For example: original order on GBPJPY has 150 pips stop loss and i need to bring it to 50. 

The script will store values per each currency pair and will apply real time changes. An idea of the inputs of the script:

Ccy pair

EURUSD 100 pips

GBPJPY 50 pips

But again, the order will apply the change to all the orders open per each currency pair. So it needs to read in real time (each 5 seconds) the orders, understand which currency pair is being traded on that specific order and amend the stop loss to a predefined level. 

EDIT: if possible in an indicator format would be great, otherwise let me know what are the options.
