TradingView to MetaTrader webhook link

I need script to link from TradingView to MetaTrader5 via webhook

Solution needed without using chrome, redis, ubuntu, ngrok, telegram.

I have already working script written in Python which reads TradingView webhooks. This can be used to add MT5 connection part or fully new script can be written.

Functionality needed: 

Send sell, buy TP, SL orders.

Send coverbuy, coversell orders.

Symbol mapping.

Lot size.

Max % equity loss to close all orders and stop EA sending orders.

Orders separated by account number or by magic number because will be multiple orders to different accounts and to different timeframes simultaneously.
