Indicator based on line charts

Hi I am looking for an indicator based on a line chart

Works on MT4

It will draw lines on the turning points of the chart

It will work on the monthly weekly daily 4 hour and one hour chart

E.g., On the monthly it will have a setting at to how far back on the chart it will look for turning points. so, I might want it to work back 12 months or 18 months depending on the chart. I will be able to adjust the colour and thickness of each line for each time frame.

On the weekly I might only want it to go back 15 weeks or 50 again depending on how the chart looks.

Once all the lines are on the line chart, I will be able to change it to a candlestick chart without the lines moving on me.

All lines can be displayed on any time frame of a chart .so if I have it on a 15-minute chart it will display the monthly weeks and daily.

Setting can be adjusted on the screen without opening the indicator from the navigation panel. Like an on and off option for each time frame

Lines will be horizontal lines. Whenever I adjust the lines, I need them to stay horizontal.

I normally start on the monthly and set the lines on the chart then bring it down to the weekly and draw the lines. after this I adjust the chart to a daily and set the lines on this. other ways I don’t know if all the lines are in the correct position.

Also has to be easy to adjust or delete each line on the chart as sometime it will display to many lines and I might need to adjust them slightly by dragging them to a new position.

If I have multiple charts open of different time frames but the same pair, I would like it to have the option to display the lines on all charts and same if I adjust the line on one it will adjust on them all
