GBPUSD Custom expert advisor running on variables

Required concepts

Calculation on bar close only

Positions are only opened within a certain time frame daily (standard setting 23 45 to 17 00 server time)

Open positions are closed at a certain time before midnight (standard setting 19 45 server time)

Automated position size calculation, customizable setting of risk per trade in % of equity. Standard setting 0.33 % per trade

Hedging allowed. Positions are opened whenever entry criteria are met. 

Including opposing direction trades as well as same signal opening a second trade when already running a trade.

Trade Management includes only a fixed take profit and a fixed stop loss. 

They depend on an ATR-multiple distance based on ATR 10 value. 

Stop Loss and Take Profit are set once position is opened, they are not adjusted afterwards by changes of ATR. 

Stop-Loss/Take-Profit multiples as follows:

Long1A -2.5/2.5;

Long2P -2.0/2.0; 

Short1P -2.0/2.0; 

Short2P-2.5/2.5;"

Explanation: (0) refers to the current just closed period, (1) the previous one, (2) second previous and so on.

Entry Signal Long1A

Variable: Bol_2.80_Low.Up: ( Low(0) - BollingerBands_2.80.UpperBand(0) ) / ATR_10(0)

Variable: Bol_2.60_Close.Up: ( Close(0) - BollingerBands_2.60.UpperBand(0) / ATR_10(0)

Entry Criteria: 

Bol_2.80_Low.Up < -0.8609 for the previous seven periods

Bol_2.80_Low.Up > -0.8609 for the current period

Bol_2.60_Close.Up < 0.15 for the current period

Entry Signal Long2P

Variable: ADX_18_delta14DX+: ADX_18.DX+(0) - ADX_18.DX+(14)

Variable: RSI_5_delta3RSI: RSI_5(0) - RSI_5(3)

Entry Criteria:

ADX_18_delta14DX+ > -10.56 for the previous seven periods

ADX_18_delta14DX+ < -10.56 for the current period

RSI_5_delta3RSI < -9.472 for the current period

Entry Signal Short1P

Variable: EMA_8_High: ( High(0) - EMA_8(0) )/ ATR_10(0)

Variable: ADX_14_delta4DX+: ADX_14.DX+(0) - ADX_14.DX+(4)

Entry Criteria:

EMA_8_High > -0.96 for the previous seven periods

EMA_8_High < -0.96 for the current period

ADX_14_delta4DX+ < -4.93 for the current period

Entry SIgnal Short2P

Variable: ADX_14_DX-: ADX_14.DX-(0)    (just the indicator value here)

Variable: Bol_2.14_High.Low: ( Low(0) - Bollinger_2.14.LowerBand(0) ) / ATR_10(0)

Entry Criteria:

ADX_14_DX- < 34.97 for the previous seven periods

ADX_14_DX- > 34.97 for the current period

Bol_2.14_High.Low < 0.89 for the current period

I will require the EA to contain "switch off" buttons for each of the four entry signals, 

so that if not all signals are profitable in the future single ones can be stopped from trading.

At the end, not only the expert advisor, but also the source code are required. Both, ex4 as well as Mql4 files.
