10sma Crossover With Histogram Crossover MACD 9sma Signal

I need an indicator that will alert me when prices closes above the 10sma on my chart and the histogram bar on the MACD closes above the 9sma signal line.I am using the standard MACD indicator that comes on MT4 charts. It needs to also work when both close below the same moving averages. Price may close above the 10sma today but stay below 9sma on MACD, that is not a signal. If price stays above 10sma on my chart and two days later the histogram bar closes above the 9sma signal line then that would be a signal. I only want to be signaled once. I would not get another signal until both closed below my sma's. 

Notice on attached chart price closes above 10sma on chart 09/23/21 and then histogram bar closes above MACD 9sma signal line on 09/27/22, that would signal me to go long.

on 10/29/21 histogram bar closes below MACD 9sma signal line and on 11/02/21 prices closes below 10sma on my chart, that would give me a short signal.
