I need an EA that opens Hedge trade when drawdown reaches the trigger point (trigger point options are fixed USD drawdown or % of balance).  Hedge will use the multiplier to open hedge x multiplier; and then close 'all trades including from other EAs' in profit (options for dollar amount or % of balance) or in stop loss.

It's a very simple EA - please see the brief.

Additional suggestions from the programmer would be welcomed!
