Multiple Pair Dashboard Indicator Needed!!

Hello Programmers,

Here is the explanation of the indicator I would like to have programmed. Will provide an extra tip for a quick turnaround (under 48 hours) 

This will be a multi-pair scanning indicator that alerts when rules are met on a pair and timeframe as it happens by a dashboard.

This alerter will consist of 5 indicators

1.Bollinger bands

2. The Stochastic oscillator

3. The RSI

4. The TDI (traders dynamic index)

5. The Heiken ashi indicator

Example of a SELL TRADE:

HIGH TIMEFRAME RULES

(THESE RULES HAVE TO BE TRUE AT THE SAME TIME BUT DOES NOT HAVE TO OCCUR IN THE SAME ORDER)

1. Price touched and/or closed above the upper Bollinger bands on the main chart

Ex: The 09:45 candle broke the upper Bollinger band and closed.

2. The Stochastic Oscillator goes above the 80 level which occurred at the close of the 09:45 candle and open of the 09:50 candle

3. The RSI line on the RSI indicator was higher than the upper Bollinger band. This happened at the close of the 09:40 candle and the opening of the 09:45 candle

3A. OR The Traders Dynamic Index RSI Line went above the TDI’s VB High line. This happened at the close of the 09:45 candle and the opening of the 09:50 candle

PLEASE KEEP NOTE: THE INDICATOR WILL INVOLVE BOTH THE RSI AND TDI INDICATORS, BUT WILL ONLY NEED ONE TO BE TRUE

(This is the reason it is marked numbers rule 3 and 3A for the high tf rules)

When these indicator rules are TRUE (it can either be the RSI or TDI for rule number 3), the indicator then looks on the LOWER TF after the above HTF rules are met:

LOW TIMEFRAME RULES

Once the HTF rules are met, the indicator waits for the LTF to fall in line with its rules and this is when the indicator will alert

On the LTF (in this case the M1), the indicator waits for 2 rules … (DOES NOT HAVE TO BE IN ORDER)

1. The Heiken Ashi candle goes from BULLISH to BEARISH and CLOSES. This occurred at 10:01

2. The TDI RSI Price Line must GO BELOW THE MARKET BASE LINE which it does at the close of the 10:01 candle and opening of the 10:02 candle in the example

3. The alert is then given for a SELL and the dashboard shows the sell next to the pair as well as the amount of candles since the most recent alert for each pair like so:
