Convert a MT4 indicator to MT5, then build a basic MT5 EA that uses the MT5 indicator

This job has two parts to it. 

1)

I want someone to convert a MT4 indicator to MT5.

It is a CCFp indicator, it has quite a lot of lines of code to be changed because it is multi-symbol. It has much more lines of code to be converted than a typical indicator.

The indicator needs to work exactly on MT5 as it does on MT4.

I want the MQL5 source code file for the indicator when the whole job is completed, but happy to get just the exe file to test that the indicator works fine before the job proceeds to step 2.

2) 

Build a basic MT5 EA that uses the crossing of the lines of the new CCFp MT5 indicator to determine trade entry.

It doesn't need fancy stuff, just TP, SL, a trail function and function to close on opposite line cross (True/False).

The EA will only trade the symbol it is attached to the chart of, not all the symbols despite the indicator checking 8 different symbols.

I want the job done reasonably promptly but I understand that we are all busy so I suggest seven calendar days for FULL COMPLETION and if so, I will pay an additional $20 USD above the agreed price.
