Auto Fib Tool to draw a fib in the direction of the trend for user-specified times.

I'm looking for an Auto Fib Tool to draw a fib in the direction of the trend during a specified time (user must be able to define times in the input tab). Typically I will only look at the current day's chart action and the previous day's chart action, so user settings could be "Yesterday" and say "10:15 to 12:15" or "Today" and say "04:00 to 08:00"  (anything outside of the current day and the previous day I will use a manual fib so the tool doesn't need to look/draw beyond the last 24hrs). I would like an option (on/off) for the tool to automatically re-draw the fib when the latest user defined timezone/session occurs on the chart (I guess it will need to refresh periodically to find out if the latest timezone is available for the fib to auto re-draw) i.e. if "Today 10:15 to 12:15" is a Tuesday, when it comes to 12:16 on the Wednesday, the fib re-draws and becomes the latest "Today 10:15 to 12:15". All times are UTC/MT4 standard charts times nothing complicated required around times.

Other key requirements:

1) Levels must be customisable (Like the standard MT4 tool - so the numbers of levels, the percentage of each level and individual level colours can be user defined)

2) The price needs to be shown on each fib level, along with the chosen percentage range (see Picture 1).

3) The fib should paint the horizontal lines/levels to the end of the screen (like a ray, I guess) (see Picture 1). If the distance between the high and the low is only a few candles, the standard MT4 fib tool draws quite a short set of horizontal lines/levels, which is why I ask for this.

4) The fib should maintain across any timeframe - if I change from M5 to H1, for example, the fib should not materially change (other than to align with the new chart).

5) OPTIONAL EXTRA [Please let me know if this is not possible] I would like the option to fill in the upper and lower "zones" with a colour (user defined colours need to be available in inputs tab for both the "100 Zone" and a "0 Zone") (see picture 2). I define the 100 and 0 zones as 100% to x% and 0% to y%. I will always be using the 50% level, and this should never be part of the coloured zone as I'm expecting to always have other levels (x and y) between the 100% and the 50% and between the 0% and the 50%, it's just that I will change the levels occasionally. Example x and y levels would be 61.8% and 38.2%. (See Picture 2)

6) I may wish to add further functionality in the future, either myself or by you or by another programmer (I only have basic programming skills). I need an MQ4 file please.
