Expert advisor for indicator in both mql4 and mql5

1.I need 2 nday pivot with formula below ( n is variable chosen by me)

dh[n]: high of nday candle, dl[n] : low of nday candle, dc[n] : close of nday candle

example: n=1

x = (dh[1] + dl[1] + dc[1]) / 3 

    y = (dh[1] + dl[1]) / 2 

    d = abs(x - y) 

    p1_high := x + d

    p1_low := x - d
I need indicator show me pn_high and pn_low (notice I need two pivot which n are chosen by me)

2. I need opening range( every day after a chosen time (example 8 am ) for particular time ( example 15 min) find high and low of this time (15 min) and 

 or_up := high

    or_down := low

start of or(opening range should be chosen by me) and notice start of or =start of pivots

3. a: every day at opening time read daily ATR and calculate n% of daily ATR 

a_up := or_up + a

    a_down := or_down - a

4. I should be able to choose the color of each one

I have written this indicator in pine script tradingview
