EA which trades the Arrow signals of my indicator

Needed is an EA which trades the arrow Buy and arrow sell signals from my indicator.

EA should close position if opposite signal. So

if Pos. is Buy and Sell Arrow appear Buy signal should close and Sell signal should be open.

If 2 same signals appears (f.e. Buysignal at time 10.03 and Buysignal at time 11.56) only the first signal should used

Only 1 Order is allowed at same time

EA is always in the market, either Buy or Sell

But for the start, so at that time the EA is taken to th chart the EA mus wait for next signal and NOT

open signal at once.

(f.e. Buy signal has appeared at 12.03  - and no Sell signal has appeard since that time   - and  i take the EA to the chart at 12.34, the EA

must wait for the next SELL signal to open order.

SL and TP is needed.

Also a Timefilter for a weekend in this way:

EA close all signals Friday at xx.xx (hour.minute) time and start new on Monday at xx.xx  (hour.minute)

Important is that the EA must  be usable for all instruments please check these digits:

1. All Forex

2. Indices and XAU 4 digits = 0000.00 (4digits.2digits)

3. Indices = 00000.00 (5digits.2digits)

4. Indices = 00000 (only 5 digits -  no decimal point)

5. XTI or XAG = 00.00 (2 digits.2digits)

5.a.   00.000(2digits.3digits)

6. Bitcoin = 00000.00 (5digits.2digits)  or 00000.000 (5digits.3digits)
