Convert indicator to EA and add SMA

I want an EA based on an indicator, this indicator called Dual Bermaui Deviation Percent. The link below will help build the EA

I use it currently manually, so I need when Indicator generate signals, the EA will open the trade based on the indicator signals. I also want to add Simple Moving Average to my order. For example, if Indicator gives buy signal, it will only buy if it's above the Simple Moving Average.
