Want to Create a Market Watchlist Panel

Want to create a market watchlist panel that I can select which pairs and time frames im watching. See screenshots below of how I want the panel designed. the X next to each pair on the watch list is a cancel button. So if I press that button it will clear that pair. once I clear the symbol the symbol under the deleted pone should move up on the list, they should always be displayed from the top down with no gaps.. just like in the screenshot. drop down menu will open time frame and additional drop down menu will be the pair to add to the watch list. from there the panel will display the SYMBOL of the pair and put it in the correct column on the list. Also in the settings I need to be able to add pairs or remove them from the drop down menu in the panel. panel needs to be Size adjustable (make panel length and width smaller or larger) also needs to be moveable from side to side and up and down on the chart. colors and text size should be adjustable as well.
