Create MT5 EA using my indicator

I have an indicator it draw lines on the chart. I need simple EA that will open trades once moving average crossed the selected level. The source code of indicator will be provided. I need only experienced fluent english speaking coder. This is a big project so that task is just a test to check skills.

Hedge ADR size multiplier: 0.5 // Take distance in points between zero and level 1, then multiply. For example for eurusd it is 180p, then 180*0.5=90 will be grid distance.
