Data Writing CSV

Hi coders,

I want to save DDE (Dynamic Data exchhange) data and / or to a file with CSV extension as realtime without losing data in the EXCEL cell. This may be possible with Excel_VBA, but I do not think that the power of excel will be enough, there is a lot of error and shutdown problem.

Preferably PYTHON should be used.

And all code must be open source.
