Expert Advisor with EMA and MACD with an EMA signal line as well as a Dynamic stopLoss and takeProfit

I need a simple EA with a MACD that uses an EMA signal line as METATRADER 5 doesn't offer that by default

The EA would take Buy trades when the MACDMainline crosses over the MACDsignalline and the Price is above the EMA

Stop loss would be the recent low (within 10 bars) minus 3 pips and Take Profit would be 1.5* the Stop loss

      double tp=(1.5*(iOpen(_Symbol,PERIOD_CURRENT,0)-sl))+iOpen(_Symbol,PERIOD_CURRENT,0);)

and The EA would take Sell trades when the MACDMainline crosses below the MACDsignalline and the Price is below the EMA

Stop loss would be the recent high minus 3 pips and Take Profit would be 1.5* the Stop loss

the values of the MACD must be easily changeable as well as the EMA on the Input interface 

And the LOT size would changeable as well between: fixed trade volume

                                                                                fixed margin

                                                                                and fixed risk

with changeable values(of course)

Must be able to work on different charts simultaneously but only allow one trade per pair (if a trade is already open for that specific Pair then don't open another until the trade completes its course)

And please remember must be MACD WITH EMA SIGNAL LINE.
