MT5 EA which connects to a Mysql database.

We need an EA which uses signals which are obtained through a mysql database which we own.   We want to be able to backtest the EA, so it also needs to fetch historical data from our database.  This data is generally a number between 1 and -1 and represents a strength and it is generated hourly. 

This EA will not use other indicators.   It will have an input which represents a minimal strength to buy or sell. (For example, if the input is set at .45, and the data it fetches is .46, the EA will place a buy order).

The EA will hold positions until either a specific amount of time has passed, or the position reaches TP or SL.  And it should have a money management input (e.g. either fixed lot or x% of account balance).
