Modify EA to close Orders by FIFO

The EA is a basic Trade Manager. It simply closes trades at the target pips set by user. It can close multiple orders at once, but it does not follow the FIFO order for closing trade. 

I need Two Major Modifications for this EA /Trade Manager:

• Close multiple orders for any given pair at oncein order of how they were opened (First In, First Out)

• Manage all open Pairs/Symbols  independently from only one chart. Currently, you have to open the EA on every traded symbol for the EA to manage trades according to each symbol. In this modified version, i want the EA to manage all symbols separately from only one chart, without needing to open it on every single chart.
