Private Label Trade Manager for MQ5

What I am looking to make is a trade manager that manages a trade or trades after I manually place them. it can be a script or an EA with in chart interface.

specifications:

1. Metatrader 5

2. After a trade is placed I need to be able to close out a configurable PORTION of the trade in a loss situation at 3 different levels. no classic stop loss used

3. After a trade is placed I would like my take profit level to follow behind price a configurable number of pips. this trailing take profit does NOT go up and down with price it only follows the price and allows it to come back down to that level for a close IN PROFIT much like a trailing stop would do. This is not a static level and it is NOT a classic trail stop loss. trades are closed in profit as the trailing take profit is activated a certain number of pips ABOVE OR BELOW entry. Currently the only other service that uses such a method is 3commas  that I have found for crypto. No classic take profit used
