Download a csv file from a web page and display lines with labels

Hello, my project is a simple indicator to automatically fetch and download a csv file from a remote web page ; periodically during the day (with a chosen period in the settings: each X minutes or at a defined hour, example download at 13:09).

URL is available in the attached text file.

Price levels (only daily high/low from the previous day) to display on the charts must be plotted for all available history, with their labels on the lines, with different colors / style possible.

The price levels must be plotted as buffers, to have the possibility to call them from an EA or any other indicator.  

the default url type is: 

https://stooq.com/q/d/?s=^dax&c=0

it should be possible to change it in the settings of the indicator, to be able to use it with another url like: 

https://stooq.com/q/d/?s=%5Edax&c=0&i=w

so, if the indicator is used multiple times on the same platform with different url, the saved csv files must have different names in order to prevent overwritting of other csv files that contains different data (should already be the case, the website are saving in the files with different names).
