An interesting and unique multi-curve indicator based on a number matrix

This indicator idea will not be like anything you have worked on previously so it will be interesting and challenging in a good way. Firstly: imagine a matrix of numbers with columns approximately numbered or lettered 1 to 14 and a row for every date (daily) from 2003 to the end of 2020.  In each element of the matrix (or cell) there is a number. Going down each column the numbers are in a sort of sequence, and there is some relationship between all columns that it is not necessary to know. But the columns themselves contain quite different numbers to each other. Therefore, for each date, there are around 14 number possibilities related to that particular date. One or more numbers for that date will be converted to support/resistance lines/curves through time using a formula that is very basic, but, because the numbers don't directly relate to the price of s given instrument, need to be transformed in a self-selecting way, or by rules we can derive and define possibly if it is a better solution. But don't lose heart - there are very clear constants from a finite number of options which make the sorts of transforms involved limited in scope. What must occur though is that the number that comes out for the day after transformation, from any number of the columns, is reasonably near to the price for the given timeframe. If you vaguely understand my meaning so far, then know also that I can provide the number matrix, the formula needed to be used, and the constants that can be applied - the rules that need to be adhered to in other words. I can do this in plain and simple English but you need to have a good grasp of your maths and coding options. Your job is to create a versatile and somewhat intelligent (possibly through an iterative trial and error method) indicator that draws "lines in the sand" curves or straight lines across the chart, based on selecting between 1 and 14 of the possible inputs into the matrix/formula and outputs that might be reasonably close to the price. I am starting a little higher because of the level of intelligence required. Together we can get to the bottom of this mystery and solve and create a very interesting indicator ! It is not as hard as it sounds....really.....note there is a little more budget potentially for the right candidate just due to amount in my acc. currently I cannot tender for higher amount due to that reason. So ask for what you need if you are 100% confident this job is for you. Bid competitively too of course.
