An EA, that takes control over the money management/Auto-Trading de-activation .

I would like to have an EA, that takes partly control over the money management.

The control EA should be implemented to act like following:

- When a certain minus growth has been reached in total (for ex. -15% on the account), the control EA should disable the EAs / Or should disable auto-trading mode in mt4 terminal.

Please note: The control EA always have to gather the correct balance on the account ('what is 100%').
While EAs are working on the account, the balance in-/decreases, so another balance x becomes 100%. It would be good if the control EA gathers this information in the time, when no trade is /was being placed, so when it starts to trade, it knows exactly what the balance was and knows when for ex. -15% have been reached. Or alternatively the EA works with the Balance on the account "1" hour earlier.

- After deactivating auto trading of EAs, all open positions shall by choice can be closed immediately.
- The control EA shall activate auto-trading again if settings allow, when a certain time has passed.
And: The control EA should inform me (for ex. via push/mail), that a certain minus was reached.

As I have exact knowledge regarding the final price, I am open for the possibility to increase my budget.
