Pyrapoint indicator for MT4

I want to order an indicator to draw the Pyrapoint lines in the main chart, according to the principles described in Dan Hall's "Pyrapoint" book, with the same settings, as it is done in Ensign Windows.

I'm attaching Ensign's indicator source code and image of the its settings.
