hello i would like to create the following indicator for metatrader 5 platform:
indicator should scan current instrument/graph and find similar situation that happened in past so it can predict future movement. as a variable i want to be able to set following:
-set date and time from where to scan chart
-set how many candles back to the past should be scaned. those candles would be used as a reference example. this candles must be market in chart
- set a minimum percentage probability for candles those must match in direction (compare first with first etc.)
- set a maximum percentage deviation for candles those must match in size (pips or points as a size) (also compare first with first)
- set number of futured candles

as a result i want to be able to see a dialog window with results. in dialog must be list of all matches with start date. next to each one will be button "apply". if i click on apply it will automatically take number of futured candles from selected match and it will join them next to reference example, not as a candles but as a a outlines.
