Get payout percentage inside of EA for binary options

Hello,

for trading binary options in MT4 I need to know the current payout percentage. How can I get this payout percentage information programmatically? Maybe using some MarketInfo function....

I tried with SymbolInfoString and SymbolInfoDouble but could not find this kind of function that outputs the current payout of the currency pair.
