Python Code to MQL5 (or 4) expert for execution

Hello I am looking for someone who can program an interface for me between a python code I have written and MQL4 or 5. I have a strategy I have been using that I wrote in python that gives me daily signals that I then enter manually on metatrader. I want to have it place trades automatically in metatrader for me so when my python makes a prediction it tells mql to place trade and then manage it. However here's the catch. I want to have an expert (that I can sell) that somehow talks to the python receiving and executing trades on any computer... it cant be local to my computer. I want to distribute an expert that I will lock to account numbers and have it connect to my python code without ever distributing my python code so someone buys my EA then the ea communicates with the python code that I have on my computer or a server or VPS maybe?. So when my python model says buy. It sends signals to everyone who has bought the expert. I have no idea how to do this. If anyone can create this or a similar situation for me let me know what your price is and we can go from there. Thanks!
