EA/ Trading Robot using three indicators for MT4

I'm looking for someone to create an EA trading robot, using two ex4 files and ADX. 

The EX4 indicators have to be reflecting the same color and trigger and execute a buy signal when both ex4 indicators are green and ADX indicator D+ crosses above 20. And a sell execution when both ex4 indicators are showing red and ADX D- crosses above 20. I want to be able to manually set my own stop loss  pip amount via a built in option in the EA and trailing stop. Also lot size should be customizable. 

Generate a buy order when all three conditions are met. 

1. Trend ARC indicator line is green

2. Custom EMA indicator line Color is green

3. ADX D+ crosses above 20

NOTE: Condition 1 and 2 can happen in any order but condition three should be the last in the sequence. 

Generate a sell order when all three conditions are met.

1. Trend ARC indicator line color red 

2. Custom EMA indicator line red 

3. ADX D- crosses above 20

NOTE: Condition 1 and 2 can happen in any order but condition three should be the last in the sequence.  

I've attached what the signal would look like on the chart. See the picture for a reference for better understanding of what I'm looking for.
