Convert TradingView signals to MT4 order using webhooks

Hi, 

I would like to connect my TradingView signals to MT4 in order to generate trades using webhooks. As of now, using my own Telegram channel seems to be the easiest and safest option. 

I will: 

- Setup all trading alerts in TradingView

- Create Telegram channel

You will need to deliver: 

- Telegram integration (reception of TradingView webhooks signals to be sent to MT4 EA)

- MT4 EA coding from scratch (lot sizing and trade comments based on currency & timeframe sent by TradingView alerts + opposite order closure)

EA will be very simple as I have another EA to manage all SL/TP/BE/JS (to be integrated as a second step). 

EA requirements:

- EA will check Symbol and Timeframe of TradingView signal received via Telegram

- EA will read the order type (BUY/SELL) from TradingView signal comment field received via Telegram

- EA will apply appropriate lot sizing and trade comment

- EA will close open order on reception of opposite signal having same lot size

Additional explanations: 

- Here I want to separate Normal vs Exotic currencies due to their different spreads, they should be management differently. 

Here is the overall flow: 

1) Alert setup in TradingView

2) TradingView generates alert when condition is triggered (sends timeframe + currency + order type from alert comment field)

3) TradingView sends alert using Webhook URL field to send the signal to Telegram 

4) Telegram reads signal data and forwards signal detail to MT4 EA 

5) MT4 opens order:

a. If existing opposite direction trade open on same currency pair WITH SAME lot size then close existing trade before opening new one 

b. If existing order on same currency pair with same direction BUT different lot size, then order can be opened directly  

c. If no open order on same currency pair and lot size position, then open trade

- if alert comes from USDZAR (listed under exotic currencies) with time frame M15 then 0.4 lot size will be applied

- if alert comes from USDZAR (exotic) with time frame D1 then 0.1 lot size will be applied
