Script for pending orders

I need a script to place pending orders and market orders with stop loss and take profit.
there are two method of counting lots: fixed size or as a percentage loss of account value. that is, the transaction should not lose more than a certain percentage of the account.

orders are sent based on the prices of the last closed candle.
so we have to count range of candle as difference betwwen its high and low.
we also have two numbers parameters A and B.
so for buy stop will be high price last closed candle + A, stop loss will be low price last closed candle - B
for sell stop will be low price last closed candle - B, stop loss will be high price last closed candle + A
and i want to have possibiity do send market orders with stop loss counting like for pending orders.

i need te panel on the chart do modify parameters A and B, multiplier for take profit and buttons for pending orders and market orders.
if sending orders is above the current price i want to decide if it will buy stop or sell limit, if the price for sending is below current proce i want to decide if it will be sell stop or buy limit

take profit is stop loss multiplied by the number
